You can find Corngate Ventures Private Limited at Kachappilly House, which is located in Gaylordnazareth Nagar, 150 A. It’s a bit of a unique name for a neighborhood, but it’s a nice place to be. The office is basically set up inside a house, which gives it a very personal feel. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and you'll see us at our desks. We have some shelves for our folders and a few plants that someone brought in to make the place look a bit more alive. Most of the time, the only sound you'll hear is the clicking of keyboards and maybe the television in the other room if someone is taking a break. We handle our venture stuff from here and it works out well because we don't have the high rent of a downtown office building. Nazareth Nagar is a quiet area, and we like that we can park right outside without any trouble. We are just a few people trying to make a go of this business. Sometimes things get a little disorganized, especially when we are busy with a new project, but we always manage to straighten it out eventually. It's a humble place, but it's where we spend most of our waking hours.
