We operate Cocodine Food Products out of the Nedungattu House in Vazhakala Village. The address is 1/187-A, right near the CSEZ P.O. in Thuthiyoor. It’s a busy little spot and we’ve been making our food products here for some time now. We aren't some giant factory with miles of conveyor belts. It’s more of a local operation where we keep an eye on everything ourselves. The kitchen area is where we spend most of our hours, prepping ingredients and getting things packaged up. It’s hard work and it gets hot in there, especially in the afternoons. We don't have a fancy board of directors or anything like that, just a group of us who know how to cook and package things. Sometimes we run out of labels or a delivery truck shows up late, but we manage. We use simple recipes and try to keep things as close to home-made as we can. The village is a good place to be, and we know our neighbors well. You won’t find us in many big glossy magazines because we don't really see the point in that. We’d rather focus on making sure the batch we made this morning tastes right. It’s a regular job for us. We show up, put on our aprons, and get to work. It’s not complicated, but it keeps us on our toes every day of the week, and we just keep going.
