We are Cochin Bakers Mart Llp and we operate out of C.C 24/1743(A) and C.C 24/1743(A1) in the Valiyapadath house area. It’s located in Kazuthumutu, which is a place we’ve really grown to like. It isn't one of those big, shiny supermarkets you see in the city center. It’s more of a local neighborhood shop where things feel a bit more personal. We spend a lot of our time making sure the shelves are stocked and that everything is in order. The address might look a bit complicated on paper, but once you’re in Kazuthumutu, it’s not too hard to find. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. It’s just us working here every day. Some days are slow and we spend time cleaning the counters or organizing the back room. Other days, it’s a bit of a rush with people coming in and out. We don't use any fancy language to talk about what we do. We just run a mart and try to be helpful to the people who live nearby. The Valiyapadath building is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s got a lot of character, even if it’s not brand new. We like the rhythm of this place. Morning deliveries, afternoon lulls, and then the evening crowd. It’s a steady way to live. We’re just local people running a local business, and that’s plenty for us.
