You can find us on the ground floor of the Alfa Arcade, right at Athani Junction. It’s a convenient spot in Nedumbasserry, not far from the airport area in Cochin. Chirayath Benefit Fund Nidhi Limited is basically just a group of us working in this office, handling the day-to-day tasks that come up. Being at a junction means there is always something happening outside the window, people rushing for buses or heading into town. Our space is unit 14/38. It’s not overly decorated. We have our desks, the files are mostly in order, and there is usually someone here to answer the phone. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look like a giant bank. We are a local outfit, and we act like it. Most of our day is spent looking at interest rates or processing memberships for people in the Ernakulam district. It gets humid in Kerala, so the AC is usually running, and we just focus on the paperwork. It is practical work. We don't have any grand visions to talk about. We just want to make sure the books are balanced and the people who trust us with their money are treated fairly. That’s the long and short of it. If you’re around Athani Junction, you’ve probably seen the Alfa Arcade sign. We are right there on the ground level.
