You can find us in Ernakulam, right at the busy Kaloor Junction. Our office is on the first floor of Chammany Towers, which is C 39 on Banerji Road. Being at the junction means there is never a quiet moment. We can hear the buses and the metro going by all day long. It is a very central place to be. This makes it easy for people to find us when they’re looking for jobs or help with their careers. The office itself is just a regular room in the tower. We have some computers set up and a table where we can sit and talk. It’s a bit of a climb up to the first floor if you don't use the stairs, but it’s not too bad. We spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people about what kind of work they want. It is a lot of listening and typing. The building is older, but it has character. We have some neighbors who are also in the service business, so it’s a lively corridor. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just come in, sit down, and we chat about what we can do to help. Sometimes the office gets a bit warm in the Kochi heat, but we have the fans on. It’s a straightforward operation where we just try to match people with what they are looking for without any fuss. We stay busy with the calls.
