You can find Celestial Haven Holidays over on the Main Avenue in Parampilly Nagar. It’s a nice, leafy area and we enjoy being part of the neighborhood. Our office is a simple place where we spend our time planning trips and holidays for whoever walks through the door. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small team of us who know a bit about travel. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking to people about where they want to go next. We try to keep things relaxed here. We don't have a dress code or anything like that, and we’re often just sitting around the table discussing different routes. Parampilly Nagar is a good spot because people can easily stop by after they finish their other errands. Sometimes the rain in Kerala makes it hard for people to come in, so we do a lot of business over the phone during the monsoon. We don't have any big slogans or any of that. We just focus on the logistics of travel, like booking the right hotels and making sure the transfers are set up. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication with different partners, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. We just want to make sure the holidays we plan go off without any major hitches. It's a steady job and we like the people we meet.
