C Gate Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd is located right on the NH 47 in Palarivattom. The office is at No 40/657, which is quite close to the Renaissance Hotel. Since we are right on the national highway, it’s very easy to find us if you are driving through Ernakulam. The road is always busy, so there’s a lot of energy around the office. We use this space to manage all our building and development projects. It’s a functional office where we keep our project files, architectural drawings, and meeting notes. We don't go in for fancy decor or expensive furniture; we just need a place to work and talk to our clients. Most of the people we work with are locals who are looking to build a house or a small commercial space. We spend a lot of time on the phone with engineers and site supervisors. It’s a lot of coordination to keep a project moving. We’ve been in this Palarivattom location for a good while. It’s a central hub for us. We just try to be honest about how long things take and what they will cost. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We just take it project by project and try to make sure everything is built right. It’s a busy life but we enjoy the work we do here on the highway. We’re just local folks building for other local folks.
