Build Enterprises

You can find Build Enterprises right on Ayavana Road in Kalloorkkad. We have been around for a bit, handling different building materials and construction needs for the local folks. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a huge flashy showroom or anything like that. People just know where we are. If you are driving down Ayavana Road, you will find us. We keep a stock of what's needed for basic builds and repairs. Sometimes the weather makes things slow, but we usually have something going on. It is a small team here. We spend most of our time loading things or checking the inventory. Kalloorkkad is a decent place to work out of. Most of our regulars are from around the neighborhood or nearby villages. We just try to have what people ask for. It gets a bit dusty sometimes with all the stuff moving in and out, but that is just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we sell is decent and that we are here when the gates open in the morning. If someone needs advice on a small project, we talk it through.
