You can find us on M.C Road in Perumbavoor, right in the thick of things. We are located in the Chickpet area, very close to the Designer Textile shop and just a short walk from the Perumbavoor Post Office. Being in such a central location means there is never a quiet moment. The street outside is always filled with shoppers and vehicles honking. Our shop is a bit old-fashioned, which is how we like it. We’ve got shelves stacked high and a counter that has seen a lot of use over the years. It’s not a shiny showroom with bright lights; it’s a place of trade. Most of our day is spent talking to people who drop in, some of whom have been coming to us for years. We know most of the other shopkeepers on the block, so there’s a bit of a community feel. If someone needs a hand moving something, there’s usually a neighbor willing to help. The heat can be a bit much in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. It’s a simple life here at the agency. We keep track of our stock, handle the orders, and make sure the accounts are mostly right. It’s a busy, cramped, and noisy place, but it’s our place. We don't need a fancy website or big ads because we’re right here on the main road for everyone to see and stop by whenever they need something specific from our shelves.
