We are over here in Cochin, right on the Edappally Railway Station Road. Our office is on the ground floor of the Manjooran Estate building. It’s a busy spot with the trains going by nearby. We mostly deal with properties around this part of Ernakulam. It’s just a few of us here every day, handling the paperwork and talking to people who come by. Some days the traffic on the road is pretty bad, but that’s just how it is in this area. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. The space inside is simple, nothing fancy. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and local land records. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. People usually find us easily because of the railway station landmark. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times there’s a lot to do with local property stuff. We just try to keep things organized. If someone needs to check on a plot or a building around Cochin, we usually have the files somewhere on our desks. It’s a straightforward job. We aren't doing anything big or flashy, just the regular work that comes with running a property business in Kerala. Most of the people we talk to are local folks from around Ernakulam or just moving into the city. We keep a stack of documents by the window. That's pretty much our daily routine here at the office on Railway Station Road.
