Ayurveda Medical Association Of India

We are based at P.B.No 93, in the building known as Ayurveda Bhavan. It’s a bit of an old building, but it has a lot of character and history. This is where the Ayurveda Medical Association Of India operates from. It’s not really a shop where you buy things over the counter like most other places. Instead, it’s a place where a lot of doctors and practitioners come together to talk. We have meetings, handle a lot of mail, and keep records of everything going on in the world of Ayurveda here. There are always stacks of papers on the desks and the phone rings pretty often throughout the day. It’s a bit of a hub for us. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s more of a workspace where the real work gets done behind the scenes. People come in and out all day, some looking for information and others attending small gatherings. We try to keep things organized, but with so much going on at Ayurveda Bhavan, it can get a bit hectic sometimes. I’ve been working here for years, and I’ve seen a lot of changes in the industry, but the core of what we do stays the same. We aren't here to sell you anything or make a big profit. We’re just here to support the people who practice this medicine. It’s a bit dusty in the archives, but that’s fine.
