You can find us on Gujarati Road in Mattancherry. Our door is 5/1005.11, and we are right across from the Gujarati School. Mattancherry has a very different feel from the rest of Ernakulam. It’s older, and the streets are narrower. When the school bell rings, you can hear all the kids shouting and playing, which makes the office feel quite lively. We’ve been here for years and we know most of the people who live on this street. We aren’t a big, fancy travel firm. We’re just a local business helping people get their travel sorted. We have a small desk where we keep our computer and a few notebooks. Most of our furniture is a bit old, but it works fine. People stop by to ask about bus tickets or long-distance trains. We spend a lot of time explaining the different routes and what paperwork is needed for different places. We don’t have a flashy website or a big advertising budget. Most people find us because they live nearby or their cousin told them about us. It’s a relaxed atmosphere here. We might be having a snack or a coffee when you walk in, but we’ll put it aside and help you out. We know the 682002 area like the back of our hand. It’s a community-based business, and we like keeping it that way, just helping our neighbors travel.
