Asha V Rao

You can find me over at 42/890 on Power House Road, which is right in the M G Road area of Kochi. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always a lot of noise from the traffic and people going about their business. My office is a straightforward space where I spend most of my day. Asha V Rao is the name on the door, but it’s just a simple workplace inside. There are stacks of folders and some old wooden furniture that has seen better days. I don't see any reason to change things that still work fine. I’ve been here for quite some time, and the walls are covered with various bits of information I’ve pinned up over the years. It’s not the most modern looking place, but it’s comfortable for me. I spend my hours looking over documents and making sure everything is in order. Sometimes I lose track of time when I’m deep into a task. People drop by with questions, and we sit and talk through things without any rush. There isn't a big team or fancy technology, just the basics to get the job done properly. It’s a bit dusty in the corners sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. I like the independence of working this way. It’s a practical life, centered here on Power House Road.
