ARTECH EXIM INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is located in a place called Parappur, via the Ponnore Post. We are on the first floor of Ward 3, at number 191, which is part of Chavarattil House. This isn't a city center office. It’s more of a local setup in a quieter area. Being in a house-based office gives it a much more relaxed feeling than being in a skyscraper. We do export and import work from here. The surroundings are a bit more green and less noisy than what you’d find in the big cities. We like it this way. Most of our day is spent handling the usual business tasks like checking on shipments and talking to vendors. Because we are a bit out of the way, we rely a lot on the phone and internet to stay connected with the rest of the world. It’s a small team here. We all know each other and we all do a bit of everything. There isn't a strict hierarchy or anything like that. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If a big order comes in, we all jump on it to get it done. It’s a very grounded way to work. We’ve been here in Chavarattil House for some time. People in the village know us, and we are just another local business trying to do things properly without any unnecessary drama or fancy corporate language.
