Our place is located at Door No 1/352 in Kottappara, which is under the Pullur post office in Kasaragod. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s a good spot for what we do. The building is simple, just concrete and paint, and we use every square inch for storage. We spend our time checking boxes and updating our handwritten lists. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or air conditioning in every room. We just focus on the task at hand, which is usually moving medicine from one place to another. The road outside can get dusty in the summer, but we keep the doors shut to keep the inventory clean. We’ve got a small team of local guys who know the area well. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. Instead, we have a calendar and a clock. We eat our lunch together in the back and talk about the news. It’s a very grounded way to work. Managing a pharmacy business in a place like Kasaragod requires patience, especially when the trucks are late. We just take it as it comes. There’s a lot of paperwork to keep up with, and we do our best to stay on top of it. It’s honest, daily work that keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. We close the gates at night and start all over again the next morning.
