Architrave

Architrave is located on HS Road in Maradu. We are pretty close to the Maradu Police Station, so it’s an easy landmark to give people when they are trying to find us for the first time. Our office is where all the planning happens. We’ve been in Ernakulam for a bit now, and we just focus on the architecture and structural bits of building. It’s usually a lot of back and forth with clients and looking at technical drawings. Some days are slow, and others we are swamped with site visits or meetings. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and our computers and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. Working in Maradu is good because it’s a developing area, and we get to see a lot of new projects coming up nearby. We just try to do honest work and make sure the buildings we work on are solid. There’s no fancy jargon here. If you come by, you’ll likely find us looking over a site plan or talking to a contractor. The office is simple and functional. We chose this location because it’s central for us to reach different parts of the city. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just one that does its job right and stays local to the community here. It’s a steady job and it keeps the lights on. We just focus on one drawing at a time.
