Architak

Architak is on the first floor of Arck Tower. Located in Neelamuri Line in Vyttila, we are right near the Idea showroom. The office is a mix of old and new things. Big drafting tables sit alongside some modern computers. Fancy decorations or corporate stuff aren't really our thing. A simple place to work on plans and talk to clients is all we need. Vyttila is a busy hub, so there is always noise outside. Sometimes a quick tea at the stall downstairs is necessary. Years of doing this means we know the local building styles in Ernakulam pretty well. There is no polished sales pitch here. Showing the drawings and explaining how things will look is how we handle it. The office gets a bit dusty with all the paper and models around. It’s a real working space, not a showroom. Corporate phrases about being the best aren't used here. Doing our work and hoping the buildings turn out fine is the goal. If you’re looking for us, just head to Neelamuri Line. We are usually there from Monday to Saturday. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where focusing on the architecture is the main priority. Vyttila has changed a lot since we first started out here, and we've watched the city grow from our windows. We like being part of that history. It’s just us, some pencils, and a lot of blueprints.
