APIS Interiors

Our office for APIS Interiors is on the first floor of Lotus Bhavan on St Vincent Road. It is in the Kacherippady area, very close to Asirbhavan. Being in a central location like this makes it a lot easier for us to get around Ernakulam to see our clients. Most of our days are spent on the interior side of building work. This means a whole lot of measuring, picking out materials like wood or tiles, and making sure the carpenters understand the plans. Spending money on big advertisements isn't really our thing. Most people find out about us because they saw a kitchen or an office we worked on for someone they know. We keep our conversations simple. If you need a new set of cupboards, we will tell you how long it takes and what the cost will be. Adding a bunch of fluff to our quotes is something we avoid. The office is usually a little bit messy with blueprints and material samples scattered all over the place. To us, it just shows we are actually getting work done. Every day is a bit different. One day we are out at a dusty site in the heat, and the next we are here in the office drawing up new plans. We have a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything. Seeing this neighborhood change over the years has been interesting.
