Our place, Ann Barrett Medical And Diagnostic Centr, is located on the second floor of Heavenly Plaza. It’s in the Padamugal Trikkakkara area. We’ve been here for a while now, and the plaza has become a familiar spot for many. Being on the second floor means it's usually a bit quieter than the ground level, which is nice for a medical center. We handle a lot of diagnostic work here. The rooms are filled with the usual machines and tools you’d expect. We try to keep things tidy, but with people coming and going for tests, it’s a busy environment. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of branches. We are just this one spot in Gs 2 Heavenly Plaza. The staff here are pretty down-to-earth. We drink a lot of tea and spend our days looking at results and talking to patients. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but the stairs aren't too bad. Most of the people who come here live in the neighborhood. They know us by name, and we know them. We don't spend money on big signs or flyers. We just make sure we’re here when we say we will be. It’s a simple operation, really. We just focus on the diagnostics and try to give people the answers they need without making a big fuss about it. We just keep our heads down and do the work daily.
