It’s a fairly straightforward setup. We don’t have any neon signs or anything like that. Vaikom is a nice town, and being here in the 686143 area feels right for us. We spend our days working on different fashion pieces. It's a lot of looking at patterns and making sure the sizes are what they should be. The building isn't brand new, but it's sturdy and keeps the rain out. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit loud, but inside we are usually too busy to notice much. We have a small group of people who have been with us for a bit. We aren't trying to change the world, just making clothes that people can actually wear. It’s funny how much time you can spend talking about a single seam or a button. Most of the folks who work here take the local bus or ride their bikes. It’s a very local operation. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we start doing it. That’s how we’ve always operated here in S.N. Puram. It gets the job done.
