Alan Constructions

Alan Constructions is run from our own spot, the Alan Building, which is located on the Pallikara Road in Kakkanad. It’s in the Thengod area, so it’s a bit away from the heaviest traffic of the city, but still very much a part of the local buzz. We do construction work, plain and simple. Our office is at 20/122, and it’s where we store our tools and meet with people who want to build something. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We’ve been in this building for quite a while, and most of the locals know where to find us. We don't have a big marketing budget or a flashy website. Instead, we just focus on the sites we have going on. A typical day involves checking on materials, making sure the crews are on schedule, and doing a lot of driving back and forth between Kakkanad and other parts of Ernakulam. The office is usually a bit dusty because of all the samples and equipment we keep around. It’s a honest way to make a living, and we enjoy seeing the progress on the houses and structures we work on. If you’re driving down the Pallikara Road, you’ll see us. It’s just a practical setup for people who spend more time on a building site than in a chair. We take things one project at a time and just keep working. It is how we have always done it.
