Our business, Al Raees Restaurants & Bakers Private Limited, is located at X/422 in Okkal P.O., near Kalady. We are right in the heart of Ernakulam, Kerala. It’s a busy place because we handle both a restaurant and a bakery. This means our kitchen is almost never quiet. From the early morning when the bakers are starting the ovens to the late evening when the restaurant is still serving food, there’s always something happening. The address X/422 is where we do all our work. It’s a solid building that has seen a lot of busy days. We don't have a corporate office or a separate management floor. Everyone here pitches in where they are needed. Ernakulam is a lively area, and being in Okkal means we see a lot of people passing through. We don't have any big slogans or marketing tricks. We just show up and do the work. The heat from the ovens can be tough during the summer, but that’s part of the life we chose. We spend a lot of time cleaning, prepping, and making sure everything is ready for the next day. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, and we’re happy to be here. We’re just a group of people working hard to run a restaurant and bakery.
