Aishwarya Developers has its office in the Thoppil Building on V P Marakkar Road. We are right by the Edapally Toll, which is a spot most people in Ernakulam are familiar with. We work on building projects, mostly houses and apartment buildings for local families. We started out as a small operation and we have just kept at it. It is not always easy with the way material costs keep changing, but we always find a way to get the job done. Our office has a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. Most of our time is actually spent out at the construction sites. We have to make sure the walls are going up straight and that the sand and gravel arrived when they were supposed to. We talk to a lot of people who are looking for a bit of land or a new flat to move into. We just show them what is available and what the price is going to be. There isn't any hidden stuff with us. Edapally is a good place to be based because we can get to any part of the city quickly. We have finished a few projects in the quiet side lanes recently. It is always nice to see families moving in once we are finished. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. Usually, people just hear about us from their neighbors. It is a simple way of running a business in a busy place.
