We’re located at G 237 on 8th Cross, over on K C Joseph Road. It’s right near Panampilly Avenue Road here in Ernakulam. It’s a good location, easy enough for people to find once they get into Panampilly Nagar. We’ve been in the travel business for a good number of years. This isn't a brand-new setup; we’ve seen the industry change from paper tickets to everything being on a phone. We’ve changed along with it, but we still keep things pretty grounded. Our office is a busy place, but we try to keep it organized. We deal with all kinds of travel, mostly helping folks get their flights and trips sorted out. It’s a lot of logistics. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the work at hand. Some days it feels like we’re always on the phone, but that’s just the nature of the job. We try to be honest about what’s available. If a flight is full, we tell you. If there’s a better way to get somewhere, we’ll mention it. We’re just regular people working in 682036, trying to make sure our clients get what they need. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the effort every day to keep things moving.
