Our location is on the fourth floor of the Royal Plaza building on Bridge Road in Aluva. The full address is Building No. 19/115 [46]. Being on the fourth floor means we have a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but it also gives us a nice view of the road and the bridge. Aluva is a busy part of Ernakulam, so there is never a quiet moment outside. The office name, Aadhar Multiple Pithoragarh Centre Nidhi Limited, is quite a long one to fit on the door sign. Inside, the space is divided up into a few sections for the different clerks. We’ve got a lot of metal cabinets for the files because we have a lot of members to keep track of. The air gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we keep the windows open when the weather allows. We aren't trying to look like a big city firm. We just have our desks, our computers, and our daily chores. People come up to the fourth floor to talk about their savings or to settle their paperwork. We spend a lot of time checking numbers and making sure every entry is correct. It’s tedious work sometimes, but it’s what we do. The team is just a group of locals who know the Bridge Road area well. We’ve been here long enough that the shopkeepers downstairs know us. It’s a basic, honest place to work without any unnecessary fluff or fancy corporate talk.
