A J Auto Agencies is located on Banerji Road, right near the intersection with Shanmughom Road. If you know Kochi, you know how central this area is and how much traffic passes by our front door every single hour. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while now, dealing in all sorts of auto parts and supplies. The shop is filled with shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, packed with boxes of different sizes. It’s a bit of a maze back there, but we know where everything is. We get a lot of local mechanics coming in, along with car owners who are trying to fix something themselves. The air is often thick with the smell of rubber and metal, which is just part of the job. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just a few of us handling the counter and checking the stock. The rain in this part of the country can be a real headache, sometimes making it hard to load and unload deliveries, but we manage. We aren't trying to be a fancy dealership, just a reliable place where you can get the parts you need without a lot of hassle. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. Most of our day is spent looking through catalogs or chatting with customers about what they’re looking for.
