Ybr Infratech Private Limited is located in Perugugudem, which is part of the Denduluru Mandalam. Our specific address is H.No. 2-107, and we are right beside the MPP School. Being next to a school means we hear the kids playing and the bell ringing all day long. It gives the place a lot of energy and reminds us of the time. We are in the West Godavari district, a place known for its greenery and agriculture, though we focus on the infratech side of things here. Our office is a straightforward building with a few rooms. We have a porch where we sit sometimes when the weather is nice and we need a break from the computers. Most of the people working here are from the surrounding villages. We do a lot of our work on the laptop, but there is still plenty of manual record-keeping involved in what we do every day. We have a few cupboards filled with ledgers and site plans. Since we are in a more rural area, things move at a slightly different pace than in the big cities. We know everyone in the area, and people often stop by just to say hello or to talk about what’s happening in the Mandalam lately. We don’t have any big corporate signs or fancy lighting. It’s just a place where we come to work. We carry our own lunches and usually sit together in the main room to eat. It’s a very grounded way to run a company and we appreciate the local feel.
