AMBICA RESORTS & INDUSTRIES LIMITED is based out of Sankar Towers in Eluru. We are in the Powerpet area, which is a fairly well-known part of West Godavari. The building itself is one of those spots that everyone in the neighborhood recognizes. We have our hands in a few different things, from the resort side of things to some industrial work, and this office is where it all gets sorted out. It’s a bit of a mix, which keeps the days interesting for the staff here. Eluru is a quiet enough place, but Powerpet can get a little crowded during the market hours. We don’t really go in for the big corporate style of doing things. It’s mostly just us at our desks, taking calls and making sure the business stays on track. The office has been here for some time, and we like the location because it’s easy for people to find us. West Godavari has its own way of doing business, and we fit right into that local rhythm. There is a lot of history in this part of town, and being in Sankar Towers makes us feel like we are right in the middle of it. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep things moving forward without too much fuss. It is a straightforward operation here, nothing more and nothing less. It is just where we do our work every day.
