Abhai Real Estates

Abhai Real Estates is situated at Dr No:6B-7-4 on Southern Street. We are right near the Manjuvani Press, which is a bit of a local landmark around here. Our office isn’t the biggest, but it serves us well for what we need to do every day. We’ve got a few desks and some chairs for when visitors stop by to talk about property. Southern Street can get a bit crowded during the day, but it’s a good place to be. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the people living and working nearby. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks that come with running a real estate office. We don’t put on airs or try to act like we’re some big city firm. We’re just local people doing our bit. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little overwhelming, but we just chip away at it. If you need to find us, just look for the press and we’re right there on the same street. We keep things pretty simple. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the moment. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. We’ve lived in this area for years, so we know the streets pretty well. It feels right being based here on Southern Street.
