Himalaya Powder Coating Technologies is located at Plot D22/A in the Kushaiguda Industrial Area, which is near ECIL. This part of the city is full of workshops and factories, so we fit right in. The main thing here is the heat and the dust. Since we do powder coating, we have these big ovens and booths. The floor is always a bit colorful from the different powders we use. It’s a loud place because of the fans and the compressors running all day long. We get a lot of metal parts delivered here on trucks, and then we have to hang them up and spray them. It’s quite a process. The guys wear masks and overalls, and they stay pretty busy from morning until late evening. Kushaiguda can be a bit dusty and the roads are always full of lorries. We have a small corner office where we keep the books, but mostly we are out on the floor. It is a very practical, hardworking environment. There isn't any fancy decor or anything, just industrial equipment and stacks of metal waiting to be coated. We’ve been at this plot for a good while, so we know the local suppliers and other business owners in the lane. It’s just how life is in the industrial zone, and we are used to the noise and the long hours every day.
