We started Umakant Builders Llp here in Jugsalai on Gwala Para Road. Jamshedpur is where we live and work, so it made sense to set up shop right in the neighborhood. It’s been a while now since we first opened the doors to our office. Mostly, we just focus on getting things built properly without making a big fuss about it. The office is easy to find if you know the road well. It’s just us doing the day-to-day work, dealing with materials, and checking on the sites. We handle the paperwork and the actual building part, trying to keep things moving along. Sometimes the weather gets in the way or supplies take longer than they should, but that’s just how this business goes. People around here know where we are. We don't spend much on fancy signs or anything like that. We just stay busy with whatever project is currently on the schedule. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s construction for you. We just try to be fair and do the job like it was for ourselves. If you walk down Gwala Para Road, you'll see the activity. We keep a small crew and try to stay organized, even when things get a bit hectic during the monsoon. It's a local operation through and through. Nothing too complicated about it, just building stuff and keeping the office running here in Jamshedpur.
