Ulgulan For Social Change Foundation

We run the Ulgulan For Social Change Foundation out of unit E/5 in the Basant Residency. This is located in the Parsudih area of Jamshedpur, quite close to the Ghagidih Jail. It’s a pretty easy landmark to remember if you are coming to visit us. Our address is in East Singbhum, right here in the 831001 zip code area. The apartment we use as an office is cozy but gets the job done. We have been here for a bit and the neighbors in Basant Residency are used to seeing us coming and going. Jamshedpur is a big place, but Parsudih has its own feel to it. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big boardroom. Mostly, we just sit around the main table and figure out our next steps. It is a practical setup for a small foundation like ours. We don't like spending a lot on office luxury when the work is what matters. Sometimes it gets a little crowded when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We are just regular people who wanted a place to organize our efforts. Being near the jail means it’s a well-known part of town, so nobody usually gets lost finding us. We keep our files organized and our coffee pot full. That is really all we need to stay productive in Purba Singhbhum.
