The Authentic

The Authentic is located in Ravi Complex, which is in the Sonari area of Jamshedpur. You can find us right behind the petrol pump. It’s a handy landmark since everyone knows where that pump is. We’ve been here in 831011 for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our restaurant is a simple setup. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. We just have good chairs and tables and a kitchen that stays busy from morning till night. People in Sonari know us for being a reliable spot to grab a bite. We have a small crew working here. Most of us have been together for a couple of years now. We know each other’s habits and how the kitchen runs. Sometimes the delivery bikes for the petrol pump make a lot of noise, but we’re used to it. We spend our time cleaning, cooking, and talking to the folks who walk in. It’s a practical business. We don't make big promises. We just try to make sure the food is hot and the place is welcoming. Jamshedpur is a hardworking city, and we think our restaurant fits right in with that. When the shift ends, we usually sit around for a bit and talk about the day before heading home. It's just a normal part of the Sonari community, nothing more and nothing less for the people who live around here.
