S.S Mishra is the one who handles the daily business here. Since we are in a residential-style neighborhood, we try our best to keep things quiet for the people living nearby. We deal with a variety of food items and different types of drinks. Mango is a very crowded and busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic right outside our front door. We have been operating out of this house for quite a while. It gets to be a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of inventory, but we always find a way to manage the space. We do not have a regular shop where people can just walk in and look around. It is more of a hub for our distribution and general management. We spend a huge amount of our time on the phone with various vendors and the delivery drivers. The traffic on Dimna Road can be a real nightmare during peak hours, so we have to plan our logistics very carefully. We are not some big fancy brand you would see on a billboard. We are just local people working hard in the food industry. Sometimes we stay late into the evening getting everything ready for the next morning. It is tough work, but we enjoy it. We have lived here a long time.
