Samay Residency is based at 6/A, Ramdeo Bagan in the Golmuri area of Jamshedpur. It is a familiar part of town for most people who live around here. We have been operating out of this address for a good bit of time now. Jamshedpur is the kind of town where everyone seems to know someone who knows you. We are not doing anything flashy or impressive. Our office is just a place where we sit down and talk about residential stuff with the locals. Golmuri is a busy place, but Ramdeo Bagan has its quieter corners where things move a bit slower. We spend our days answering the phone and checking on various properties. It is not always exciting, but it is what we do to get by. We do not have a fancy mission statement or any of that marketing talk. We just help people find a place to stay or invest their money in. Sometimes the paperwork is a real mess, and we have to spend hours sorting it out by hand. That is just the reality of the business. We like being in Jamshedpur. It is a stable place with a good vibe. Our neighbors are decent people, and we try to be good neighbors to them too. We are not looking to take over the world. We just want to keep the office running and help the folks who come through our door at 6/A.
