Ruth Construction Private Limited operates out of Naro in the Mandar region. We are located at House Number 524, which is Nobel Toppo’s place. Mandar is a bit outside the main city hustle, which we actually like. It gives us a chance to work on projects where we really know the landscape. We are a small team and we don't have any interest in sounding like a big multinational. Our work is mostly about local housing and small infrastructure needs in the Nagra area. We use the tools we have and hire people from the nearby villages. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. If someone needs something built, they usually just come by the house or find us through someone we have worked for before. The materials we use are standard, and we try to keep our costs down so it is affordable for the locals. Building in a place like Naro means you have to be ready for anything, especially when the weather changes. We spend a lot of time on the actual sites, getting our hands dirty and making sure everything is level. It is not an easy job, but it is what we know how to do. We just want to make sure that whatever we build is solid and does the job it was meant for.
