Raka Properties Llp

Raka Properties Llp is our little setup over at the Bindal Mall. We are on the ground floor, Unit 1A, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they are out shopping or walking by Marine Drive. Being in P.O. Sonari is great because it’s a lively part of the area. We spend our time dealing with property matters, which involves a lot of talking and looking at papers. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. The office at the mall is a good base for us. We moved in here because it was central for our clients. We don't put on airs or act like we are some giant corporation. We are just a few people trying to help others find the right spot or manage their land. The views near Marine Drive are nice, though we spend most of our time inside the unit. Sometimes the mall gets really crowded on weekends, but our office stays fairly quiet during the week. We’ve been handling properties around here for a while now. We know the local market pretty well, though we don't like to brag about it. If you need to drop by, we are usually there during the regular hours. It’s just us doing our bit in the local property scene without any big flashy signs. We keep things honest and clear.
