Praavi Construction & Developers Private Limited has its main office at House Number 51 on Club Road. We are located in the Pramatha Nagar area of Parsudih, which is right next to the Laxmi Jyotish Kali Mandir. Jamshedpur is a very busy city, but our neighborhood has a more relaxed pace. We have been involved in various construction and development projects around the city for quite some time. Being located near the temple makes it very easy for people to find us when they want to discuss a new project. Our office is a standard house where we store our files and meet with the crews who work on our sites. We do not have a corporate atmosphere or a fancy front desk. It is usually just a few of us sitting around a table trying to determine the best way to finish a wall or install a roof. The weather here in Jamshedpur can be very intense, so we have to be careful when planning our outdoor construction. We grew up in this area, so we have a good understanding of the local soil and what the community needs. We are not interested in becoming the largest company in Jharkhand; we just want to do solid work that stands the test of time. Most of our days are spent checking on material deliveries and talking to our laborers. It involves a lot of physical effort and things do go wrong sometimes, but we always find a solution. That is just how we operate.
