NUTANS 24 INFRASTRUCTURE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is based at Nutan Bhawan, right near the Sidhu Kanu School in Jamshedpur. Ritesh Singh’s place is easy enough to find if you are in the Dhalbhum area. Being near a school means there are always kids and parents around, which makes for a lively atmosphere during the day. We are an infrastructure outfit, so we are often busy with projects around East Singhbhum. It isn’t always a smooth process, and we definitely have our share of bad days when things don’t go right or the materials don't show up on time. But we just get on with it because that's the only way to get things built. Our office isn’t anything to brag about, just a place to sit down and figure out the schedules and the costs. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or corporate buzzwords. We just talk like normal people and try to be honest about what we can get done. Jamshedpur is a hardworking city, and we try to match that energy with our own daily efforts. Most of the people here are from the local area and know the community well. We just keep our focus on the construction work and the projects we have in front of us, trying to stay busy and keep the wheels turning in our small part of Jharkhand. The streets around here can get pretty crowded, but we've gotten used to the noise and the pace of life in this neighborhood.
