Nirmala Engicon is based right here in Jamshedpur, specifically over in the Mango area. If you know Sanku Sai, that is where you will find us. We operate out of S C Sahu’s place. It’s a busy part of town but we managed to set up our workspace there a while back. Mostly, we handle engineering and construction work around Purba Singhbhum. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular office where we get through our daily paperwork and plan out the site visits. Sometimes the traffic in Mango makes things a bit slow, but we are used to it by now. The team is small. We don't have hundreds of people, just a few local guys who know how to get things done on the ground. Usually, people just drop by or give us a call when they have a project in mind. We have been around Jharkhand for a bit, and staying in a residential spot like this helps us keep our costs down. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to do decent work and keep our clients in the neighborhood happy. Dealing with the local authorities and getting materials delivered to Sanku Sai is what occupies most of our mornings. It is honest work, and we like being part of the Jamshedpur community and helping out where we can with our skills.
