Our office is located in the Ashiana Residency over in Pardih. If you come into the complex, you need to find Daisy Block and head up to Flat No. Bx 414. It’s a bit unusual for a motor company to be based in a residential block like this, but it works for the administrative side of things. Jamshedpur is a town that knows its cars and machinery, so we fit right in with the local culture. We deal with a lot of the back-end stuff for the motors business, like keeping the accounts straight and managing the files. It is much quieter here than at a regular dealership or a noisy workshop. Sometimes the security at the gate asks a few questions before letting visitors in, which is just standard for a place like Ashiana. We have a small team here, just a few people at their desks. The view from the window is mostly the other blocks and some trees. We don't have a showroom with shiny cars on display in this flat. It is strictly for the paperwork and the day-to-day management of the business. We keep our hours regular, starting in the morning and wrapping up by evening. It’s a decent place to work, and being in East Singhbhum means we are close to the heart of the industrial action. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
