Indico Motors Pvt Ltd. is at H No.-10 on Cross Road -4 in the Barinagar area of Telco, Jamshedpur. Since we are in Jamshedpur, everything around here is about industry and machines. Our office is located in a residential plot known as the Madarsa Plot, so it feels like a home even though we are working. The neighborhood is very lively with kids playing and neighbors talking over their fences. We converted part of the house into an office and a small storage area for motor parts. Being in the Telco area, you can always hear the heavy machinery and trucks from the nearby factories. It’s a noisy but productive environment. Our hands are rarely clean because we are always checking on parts or helping out in the back. The floor has some oil stains and the desks are cluttered with invoices and technical manuals. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If someone comes to the door, one of us just gets up to see who it is. The Jharkhand heat is quite something, so we keep the fans on high and the windows open. It’s a very grounded way to run a motor business. We focus on our local clients and making sure their engines and parts are sorted out. It’s just a regular life of gears and paperwork on a quiet street in Barinagar. We like the personal touch of working from this house.
