We're located at Unit Number 1 in Gokul Nagar, right on Dimna Road in the Mango area of Jamshedpur. Hummock Hotels and Resorts is the name we picked out for the business. Jamshedpur is a big industrial city, but Mango has its own vibe that we like. We started this because we saw a lot of people needing a place to stay that wasn't one of those really expensive hotels in the center. Our place is pretty basic but it works for what it is. We spend a lot of time on Dimna Road, so we know how busy it can get out there. Inside our gates, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. We aren't some big corporation with offices in every city. It’s just us here in Purba Singhbhum. We handle everything from checking people in to making sure the breakfast is ready. Sometimes things break, and we have to fix them ourselves, which is just part of the daily job. We don't use marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We're just local folks running a business. If the rooms are clean and the guests are satisfied, then we’ve done our work for the day. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a good community to be a part of here in Jharkhand, and we’re just doing our best with what we've got.
