You can find us over at J 51 in Vatika Green City, which is out in the Mango area of Jamshedpur. It’s a nice enough spot, though the roads can be a bit of a mess depending on the time of year. We do real estate work, mostly focused on this part of the city. We don't have a big corporate office with fancy chairs. It is more of a practical space where we can keep our files and meet people who are interested in land or houses nearby. Jamshedpur is growing fast, and Mango is no exception, so there is always something going on. Sometimes we are out all day looking at different sites and getting mud on our shoes, and other days we are just stuck inside trying to figure out the latest regulations. It's a lot of talking and a lot of waiting. We don't use any big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know this neighborhood pretty well because we spend all our time here. If someone needs to know about a plot in Vatika Green City, we can usually tell them the history of it without looking at the computer. It’s just us, working hard and trying to keep things organized. We aren't looking to change the world, just to do a decent job for the people who come to see us. It keeps us busy and out of trouble for the most part.
