Naveen Kumar Sinha's son is the one who got this started, and we have been working out of this spot ever since we began. Patna is a crowded and busy place, and West Lohanipur is no different from the rest of it. The lanes are narrow, and it can get pretty loud with all the rickshaws and people moving about all day long. Our office is just a regular room where we handle the daily business of homes and land. It is not some glass-walled corporate space that you see in the movies. We have old files, a few chairs, and we talk to whoever walks in through the door. Kadamkuan has a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of it now. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do. We help people find a place to live or help them sell what they have. It takes a lot of time and a whole lot of patience. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes they do not. That is just how the real estate world works in a city like this.
