The first floor of Jai Hanuman Complex is where we spend most of our waking hours. Sitaramdera is a familiar place for us. We've seen it change quite a bit over the years. The layout of the office is basically just one big room with some partitions we put up ourselves. They aren't perfectly straight, but they do the job of giving everyone a bit of space. We don't have a big sign with lights or anything like that. Just a small board near the entrance so people don't get lost in the complex. Our work with communications keeps us busy with phones and emails mostly. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to folks. It’s better to keep things simple so everyone understands what’s going on. Jharkhand weather can be tough, especially when the monsoon starts and the rain hits the roof. It’s quite loud then. We just keep our heads down and keep working. Sometimes we run out of stationary and one of us has to walk down to the local shop. It’s a good excuse to get some fresh air. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Jamshedpur. Dezire Communications Private Limited is just a group of local people trying to make a living. We value our regulars and the quiet routine we have built here. No one is in a huge rush.
