AKSHARA CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located down on Dimna Road in Mango. We are specifically in the Rajendra Nagar Sharma Line area, near Raja Maidan. It's a busy part of town and we are right in the middle of it. We do a mix of building things and developing land. Usually, you’ll find us sitting around the table trying to figure out schedules or dealing with paperwork for the local authorities. It is a lot of back and forth. The office space isn't much to look at, just desks and a lot of files. We have been working in this part of the city for quite a while. Most of the people around Ulidih know who we are. Developing land involves a lot of waiting for things to happen. Sometimes we are waiting on weather and other times it's just the way the industry goes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get our projects done and move on to the next one. There is always a lot of dirt on our boots from visiting the sites. That is just part of the job. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a problem comes up, we sit down and talk it through until it’s sorted. It is a practical way to run things. We often have to juggle five things at once just to stay on schedule. It keeps us on our toes.
