We are over in Kagal Nagar, which is in the Sonari part of Jamshedpur. Our office is very close to the Sai Mandir. It is a nice area and we like being there. Yourtrip.Com is a small travel business run by a few of us who just like to help people plan their holidays. We don't have a huge staff or a fancy building. It’s just a simple room with some tables and a few computers. We spend our time looking at maps and checking prices for hotels and flights. Sometimes we are on the phone for a long time trying to get a better deal for someone. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running all day. We are just regular people from Jamshedpur. We don't use any complicated travel systems, just what we know works. Many of our customers are our neighbors from Sonari who come by to ask questions. We try to give them practical advice based on where we have traveled ourselves. It is a relaxed atmosphere here. We don't wear uniforms and we aren't trying to sell you something you don't need.
