Water Tech. (Thermax Ltd.)

Our office is on Road Number 9 in Jamshedpur, house number 19. If you know Jamshedpur, you know it's a town built on industry, and we fit right into that. We work under the Thermax banner, focusing specifically on water technology. In a place like Jharkhand, where there are so many factories and plants, the way water is treated and used is a big deal for everyone. We spend our time working on the technical side of water systems, like filtration and industrial processing. It’s not a retail shop where you just walk in and buy things. It’s more of a workspace where we figure out engineering problems. The house on Road 9 is our base of operations. We have a small team here, mostly people who have been around the industrial sector for a while. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements outside. Most of the people we work with already know where we are. It gets quite busy with projects from different parts of the state. We do a lot of site visits, checking on how the machinery is holding up and if the water quality is where it needs to be. It’s dusty work sometimes, and Jamshedpur can be quite hot in the summer months, but we keep the operations running. We just focus on the engineering and the tech stuff we were hired to do. Our desks are usually covered in technical manuals and drawings that we need for the next site visit or equipment check.
