Tractors India Limited is over in the Welfare Tower in Jamshedpur. We are in Flat Number 106. Jamshedpur is a steel town, through and through. You can feel that industrial energy everywhere you go. Our office is in a building that has a lot of other small businesses too. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all the time. Being on the first floor makes it easy to pop in and out. We handle the Jharkhand side of the tractor business from here. It’s a lot of coordination with the mines and the local construction projects. The tower is a well-known landmark in this part of town. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s part of the life here. The office is full of catalogs and parts lists. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. It’s more about being functional. We like the local area because there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite. The work is steady, and there is always a new project starting somewhere in the state. We’ve been here long enough that we know the shortcuts to avoid the heavy traffic near the industrial gates. It’s a good spot for us, and we keep things moving for the machinery side of the state.
